Nominating Committee

The process for the Annual Meeting each year begins with the Nominating Committee.  The Steuben Rural Electric Board of Directors appointed the 2022 committee at their October 20, 2021 board meeting.  This year the following members were appointed and have volunteered to serve on the 2022 Nominating Committee. 

District 1 – Curt R. Williamson
District 2 – Robert Spears
District 3 – Brian Elliott
District 4 – Walt Longwell
District 5 – Melinda Morgan
District 6 – Willard A. Caudill
District 7 – Mary Ellen Baker
District 8 – Patricia Bromley
District 9 – Nicholas D. France

 

As a member-owner of Steuben Rural Electric Cooperative, you can vote for or run for a term on the Board of Directors.  Directors for Districts 1, 2 and 9 are scheduled for election at the 2022 Annual Meeting and will be elected to serve a three-year term for those districts.  Director for District 4 is scheduled for election at the 2022 Annual Meeting and will be elected to serve the remaining one year of the three-year term that is scheduled to expire in 2023. Members interested in being nominated for one of the districts listed below should contact the Bath office at (607) 776-4161 for more information regarding the committee, nominations, and qualifications of directors.
